What We're Here to Do
Care Value Research Network is an established clinical research site based in Houston, Texas — the fourth-largest city in the U.S. and one of its most medically and demographically diverse metropolitan areas. That positions us as a high-performing, sponsor-preferred partner for pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and biotech firms running Phase II through Phase IV trials.
The site operates under a three-person physician and operations leadership team: Dr. Zaki Moin, M.D. (Medical Director & Principal Investigator), Dr. Ateka Zaki, M.D. (board-certified psychiatrist and PI for CNS/psychiatric trials), and Dr. Ghous Khan, M.B.B.S., M.P.H., CCRA (Director of Operations, GCP Auditor, Senior CRA, and Research Trainer, 28+ years of experience). Together they bring unmatched depth in medical oversight, psychiatric specialization, and operational excellence — fully aligned with ICH E6(R2) GCP standards and FDA regulations.
